Ask a donor why they stopped giving to an organization and you’ll rarely hear “the mission changed.” You’ll hear something quieter: “I never really knew if it went through.”

The tax receipt is the only guaranteed touchpoint every donor gets. It arrives in the minute after the most generous moment of their month. And at most small nonprofits it’s an afterthought — a year-end PDF assembled in January panic.

What we do differently
